Clicking "Create a bot" opens a choice of 11 channels: Telegram, VKontakte, Max, Avito, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Viber, Email, Chat widget. After picking a channel (say, Telegram), a window with four creation methods opens:
| Method | What happens | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Create with thinking AI | You describe the bot's job in one sentence — the AI designs the scenario and logic itself | $5/mo |
| With quick AI | The same idea on a simpler model — the bot, an AI agent, a welcome scenario, and even a booking are created automatically in seconds | Free |
| Turnkey | The TvoyBot team configures the bot to your brief | from 4000 ₽ |
| Manual (DIY) | You enter the name, language, and token by hand | Free |
The manual (DIY) route — where to get a token (Telegram)
The manual creation form asks for three fields: bot name, bot language, bot token. You get a Telegram token like this:
- Open @BotFather in Telegram
- Tap Create a New Bot
- Enter a name and a username for the bot (the username must end in bot)
- Copy the issued token and paste it into the "Enter bot token" field on TvoyBot
Faster for a quick look: if you just want to see how the platform works, "With quick AI" is free and needs no token — it instantly creates a demo bot with a ready scenario, an AI agent, and a booking.
How to connect each of the 11 channels
The manual (DIY) route looks the same across every channel on the surface, but it actually hides three different connection flows — a token, logging into your account on the platform (OAuth), or simply an address. Below is what actually happens when you click the manual route for each channel.
| Channel | Connection method | What you need beforehand |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram | Manual token | A Telegram account; the bot is created in @BotFather |
| VKontakte | Login via VK ID (OAuth) | A VKontakte account with admin rights on the community |
| Max | Token from business.max.ru | A registered business entity — the token is only issued to registered businesses; a TvoyBot specialist connects the bot to MAX after you upgrade to the "Business" plan |
| Avito | Login to your Avito account (OAuth) | An Avito account with active listings (requests messenger:read/messenger:write permissions) |
| Login via Facebook for business (OAuth Meta) | A company's Facebook page | |
| Login via Instagram for business (OAuth Meta) | An Instagram account switched to a business profile | |
| Login via Facebook for business (OAuth Meta) | A Meta Business Manager account — the WhatsApp Business API connects through the same business account as Facebook/Instagram | |
| TikTok | Login to your TikTok account (OAuth) | A TikTok account (requests permission to manage messages and video comments) |
| Viber | Token from partners.viber.com | An account on Viber Partners → Create Bot Account |
| Just an address | No tokens — just a working email address | |
| Chat widget | A website domain | Access to the site's code to embed the widget |
Meta channels under one roof: Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp all connect in TvoyBot through the same "Facebook for business" login — if you already have a Meta Business Manager set up with a linked page and a WhatsApp number, all three channels can be connected with a single authorization.
Telegram, Viber, and Max are the only channels with a manual token; VKontakte, Avito, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok all use a login to your account on the platform instead of copying a token. Email and Chat widget need no authorization at all — the fastest way to connect a channel, in about a minute.
