How to create a scenario

How scenarios work in general is covered in "Scenarios and messages". Here's the sequence for building a new scenario from scratch.

• Open the bot → "Messages" → "Scenarios" → "New scenario"
• Enter the scenario's name
• Expand "Start conditions" → "Add start condition" → pick, e.g., "Bot start" or a visit via a specific landing page
• Configure the "Allow the scenario to restart" and "Start the scenario automatically" toggles for your use case
• Go to the "Messages" tab and add the first message (see "How to create a message")
• Open the "Scenario map" to visually confirm the blocks are wired up in the right order
