How to create a segment

All 20 condition types are listed in the "Bot settings" topic. Here's just the creation sequence.

• Open the bot → "Settings" → "Segments" → "New segment"
• Enter the segment's name
• Click "Add condition" and pick a type — for example, "Has tag" or "Made a payment"
• Fill in the condition's parameters (which tag exactly, what amount, etc.)
• Add more conditions if needed — a subscriber has to match all of them at once
• Click "Show subscribers" to check who already falls into the segment
• Click "Save"
