Bookings (appointment scheduling)

Lets you set up bookings for a consultation/appointment right inside the bot: you configure the booking's parameters, and add a "Booking button" to a scenario message. Tapping it opens a calendar where the subscriber picks a free slot.

Booking settings

  • Name and Description
  • Duration of a single appointment
  • Time zone
  • Limit bookings per day — total number of slots available
  • Limit bookings from 1 subscriber — prevents one person from booking repeatedly
  • Allow group bookings — several subscribers in one slot (e.g. a webinar)
  • Sync with Google Calendar
  • Intervals — the availability schedule (days of the week/hours), set via a separate "Add interval" block
  • Actions after booking and Actions on booking cancellation — the same segmented action builders (e.g. you could assign a "Booked" tag or notify a manager)
  • Once booked, the bot automatically sends a reminder a few days or hours before the appointment (the "Reminder" message type from the "Scenarios" topic)
  • Every booking gets its own public booking link like i.tvoybot.com/booking/…, which you can share outside the bot too
