How to create a chat widget on your website

A widget isn't a messenger — it's a chat window embedded right into your website. Instead of a token, you specify the domain it will run on.

• "Create a bot" → Chat widget → the manual route
• Enter the bot's name and the site domain the widget will be installed on
• Click "Create"
• Paste the generated widget code into the site's pages (usually right before the closing </body> tag)
