Broadcasts

Sending a message to every subscriber of the bot, or to a specific segment. Structurally, a broadcast is the exact same message form as in a scenario: the same text editor, the same buttons, the same delivery toggles (link tracking, preview, line-by-line sending, waiting for a reply), sending conditions, and actions after receiving — see the "Scenarios" topic. A broadcast is simply a way to trigger that same message form directly against the whole base or a segment, instead of from inside a scenario.

A message can be sent immediately or scheduled for a date (using the "Scheduled sending" toggle). Broadcast cards in the list show a status (e.g. "Draft").
