Co crear in agent d'IA

How agents work in general is covered in the "AI agents" topic. Here's the sequence for creating one and hooking it up to a message.

• Open the bot → "Messages" → "AI agents" → "New agent"
• Enter an "Agent name" — for your own navigation; the subscriber never sees it
• In the "Agent role" field, describe in plain language who it is and how it answers (for example: "You're an online store consultant, answer questions about shipping and stock")
• Click "Save"
• Open the scenario message you need → pick this agent in the "Choose agent" field
• In that same message, expand "Completion conditions" and specify when the agent should end the conversation
