How to create a tag

What tags are and where they show up is covered in the "Bot settings" topic. Below is how to create one and assign it to a subscriber.

• Open the bot → "Settings" → "Tags" → "New tag"
• Pick a color for the label
• Enter the tag's name
• If needed, enable "Limit duration" and set a period
• Click "Create"
• To assign it automatically, add the "Add tag" action in the action catalogue of the relevant message, button, or trigger
