How to invite a team member to the bot

The "Access" section is covered in "Bot settings". Here's just the invitation sequence.

  • Open the bot → "Settings" → "Access"
  • Click "Add user"
  • Enter the details of the person you're inviting
  • Assign a role — it determines which sections they'll see (e.g. only "Chat", without "Access" or payment integrations)
  • They get access to the bot within that role — you stay the sole "Bot owner"

Tip: for managers who only reply to customers, access to the "Chat" section is enough — don't open up "Access" or "Shop" to them unless it's part of their job.
